What is it like being a “Physical Therapist”?
Last week Loren Werchau shared his time with us in Mr. Tyler Vander Wal’s American Government classes. Mr. Werchau explained what it takes to be a physical therapist. He also shared with us some of the issues he dealt with in his own career decision-making process in becoming a physical therapist.
Oh, the best part was his “wonderful toys!” Yes, he brought in various pieces of equipment that he uses in his profession. Even better yet, students were given the opportunity to experience some of them first hand.
(In order to see the pictures, one needs to see the actual New Salem Journal.)
Thanks to Loren Werchau for taking his time and sharing with us his insights and knowledge about being a physical therapist. Also, thanks to Mr. Vander Wal for allowing us in his classroom.
